Done. Mission accomplished and home! My mother's leg is doing well, continuing to heal. People who saw it the way it was earlier see it now and say "Oh! It's looking so much better!" If you saw it for the first time, you'd still be horrified. But it has gone from three large, separate ovals of raw flesh to just one sort of crescent-shaped remnant that was the edge of the largest wound. We hope and pray the new skin will close up on that one soon. "By Christmas" is what we're all saying hopefully to each other. Mother is still very sleepy and groggy. She napped through most of the ride and much of the appointment. So I kind of missed her chatting the way she usually does. The traffic was better than last time, and we were home by dark. Watching movies, eating popcorn, trying not to fall asleep from exhaustion quite yet. End of day.
