I feel as if I'm sick, but I don't have any definite symptoms, just an alloverish feeling of discomfort and inability to get motivated. No worries--I haven't been anywhere near China nor anyone who has been there. I wash my hands a lot anyway. I woke up long before dawn, lay awake for an hour, then gave up and got up. I was down here for awhile, and then the Sparrowhawk noticed my absence and sweetly came down to see if I was all right, and to make me a cup of tea. I appreciated the company, but I don't want him to share my pain! I decided to go back to bed so he would too. By then it was starting to get light. Surprisingly, I did fall asleep for an hour or two. This messed up our plan for the day--not that it really matters. We went to the pharmacy and got shingles vaccine, dropped off some books due at the library and browsed a bit but didn't check out anything. He dropped me off at home and went to do errands. He went to the gym, with much caution because of his bad knee, and I had a nice Skype with Moonmoth and the Nonesuch. Alas, I've been feeling worse as the day goes on, not better. I hypothesize that it's some kind of subclinical virus, and I hope it will soon be defeated and go away. After they perforated my arm, they said, "Oh, by the way, your arm will probably be sore for a couple of days." Yep. It is.
