Pretty much back to normal now, with all the angst and gloom that implies. Ha. But my joints only hurt occasionally, so that's awesome. Last night on the way to bed, I opened the magic door and stepped out on the porch roof for another glance at that beautiful moon. There was a strong aroma of skunk. That's nature for you--moonlight and skunks go together. And who doesn't love a skunk by moonlight. I just don't fancy the way they smell.

I've read quite a few news bits about people in nearby areas searching for a vaccine shot and having a lot of trouble finding one. Even the facility where we got ours will only be open part-time this coming week because they're out of vaccine. I feel so very lucky to have received ours. The facility was so well organized, even more than when we got our first shot. It's full of wonderful, helpful people--medical staff, National Guards, and volunteers, all ready and rarin' to go to give out thousands of shots a day, if only they had the shots. I hope production will be ramping up soon.
