Goshawks of Leave

We got back from our two-day excursion last night before dark. And I just wrote a post about it, but then I vanished it. I'm not sure how I did that--this is supposed to autosave, but apparently it didn't this time. It's a mystery. Alas! In spite of falling into bed shortly after nine last night, I'm still too tired to reconstruct it. I got my hair cut today and stopped at the store to pick up milk. It was the larger, fancier grocery store that is in the same mall as my hair salon, so I came home with ice cream (on sale), some pasta salad (on sale) and sushi for the Sparrowhawk, because he likes those things, and soup to have for dinner tonight because my stomach is still iffy even after two days of eating as little as possible--other than the Lebanese lunch that was the instigation for this trip, and which was delicious, but resulted in epic heartburn and nausea. After 48 hours of pretty much non-stop rain, today dawned sunny and cool, very pleasant. Last night it went down to 49 degrees, and I put the comforter back on the bed! No doubt I'll have to take it off again, but it was cozy last night.
