We tested again this morning. The Sparrowhawk had a pretty clear pink line, though less dramatic than the first time. I had a tiny little one, so tiny . . . but still visible, so y'know . . . even though I'd love to ignore it on the grounds of semi-invisibility, in good conscience I really can't. I had to text Dragonfly and reschedule our planned lunch on Monday. Who knows, I might be clear by then, but she preferred not to risk it. It's so annoying, because these tests cost money now. It's a lot of discretionary spending for something that's not even any fun.

We're still in a heat wave and a prolonged dry spell. I didn't do very much. Puttered around and did some more laundry, including spot removal from a half-dozen shirts. When they come out of the dryer, I'll see if it worked. Learned more fascinating facts about the Martians, who seem to have invented almost everything. Including Microsoft Office! The atom bomb is not the only instance in which they have much to answer for!
