Random details: My joints are hurting a lot at night, which makes for restless sleep. Maybe it's the weather. I woke up this morning to the glitter of snow--not a mere sprinkle, but a good couple of inches, enough to pile up on branches and bury the hopeful green shoots in the flower beds. I should have gone to the Black Lives Matter demo this morning, but I kept looking out at the snow going sideways in the wind, and I just didn't. Every time I exert myself to the extent of standing outside in a cold wind for an hour, I'm wasted for the rest of the day. I hate that this is true, but I also don't want to get sick again. I stayed home and took care of laundry and stuff. Later, I started reading the Scrivener manual. It's heavy going. We started watching Season 1 of Travelers. I don't buy any of their premises, but it's intriguing so far. I'm trying not to be depressed, but I don't think it's working.

More snow? How crazy.

Hope the joint pain eases up. It does make for difficult sleeping, doesn't it?

There are enough agitators out there that you need not feel guilty about taking a day off when you need a break. I have to keep hammering this into my head.
