ismoWell, consarntarnation, NOBODY needs to know any more about this stoopid virus, least of all me. A small PSA: I looked up possible side effects from losartan, the blood pressure medication I'm taking. One source (not a quack) said that people had experienced sudden kidney failure from taking NSAIDS when on losartan. Good grief. Wouldn't you think the doctor might think to mention that, especially after being told I've been taking Advil for my headaches? I went ahead and took the Advil anyway, because the headache was very unpleasant. Kidneys still working so far . . . .
It was a very dark and gloomy day, following a night of rain. It was the kind of day that feels very enclosed. Layer on layer of heavy cloud brooded between us and the sun. The only bright spot was watching British people make luxurious desserts on tv. I would totally eat meringues with creamy fillings and tiramisu. In theory, anyway. In practice I'm still not eating a lot. I keep thinking maybe tomorrow will be the day I wake up and everything is normal again. Well, maybe not everything. I'd settle for just the breathing apparatus!
I cleaned a toilet and put away the Sparrowhawk's laundry. And found a necklace I had packed for a trip and then couldn't find. And put my laundry in the washing machine and then completely forgot all about it. It just now went into the dryer.
