AspenThicket of Bliss

I had a very supportive and reinvigorating meditation and lunch date with my friend Linda. It's been far too long since we've both had time to do this. It was still damp and rainy, but the weekend is supposed to be nice. The Duchess took Mother to the gynecologist today. She said the appointment went as well as possible. The doctor took a specimen to test for a UTI. The Duchess had a look at the medical records that were sent out with Mother--go Duchess! They stated that Mother was being tested daily for sepsis. Jeez, they could have just told us that. Had I known she was being tested, and thus did not have a systemic infection, I would have been less worried about a possible UTI. A little communication goes a long way. Because of the time spent away from home, I didn't get my living room cleaned up yet, but I think I can finish it tomorrow.
