Hallelujah, the Sparrowhawk is very definitely on the mend. His voice has ascended from a raspy bass to an occluded baritone. He was able to sleep lying down last night, rather than propped into an upright position so he wouldn't get swamped in his own fluids. What a relief. I still feel fine. I hope it will stay that way.

The Philosopher shared with us a wonderful slideshow of pictures from the wedding. It brought tears and smiles to everyone's faces all over again. He says they have ALL the wedding pictures now, but it will take awhile to go through them. So there's more to come. My new shampoo bars arrived. They are a seasonal scent--"Lush Pine." As soon as I opened the package, I felt myself in a snow-covered pine grove. I look forward to using them. And a very special certificate also came in the mail. Our names have been engraved on a wall of honor at the National Air and Space Museum's center in Chantilly, Virginia, for our "passion for flight." It was a Christmas present from the kids. That's about all I've got for today.
