Yesterday was a really nice day. I meditated with my friend Dragonfly and felt more relaxed than I have in a long time. We went out for lunch at a new noodle restaurant, and I got takeout for the Sparrowhawk. It snowed heavily from time to time. The Sparrowhawk and I took a nap while it snowed. I thought, wow, why don't I just have days like this all the time?

Then there was another night of waking up intermittently because my joints hurt. And there was today, which was a perfectly good day in itself, but I didn't get anything of any significance done except a little cleaning up around the house. I'm depressed. And hungry. Even though I probably ate too much already. Every day, I imagine that I will write a lot, but then I don't. And then I don't blog, either--but that is one obstacle that I have overcome, so ta daah.

Thank you for giving me (i wonder if i have ever in my life given any advice i didn't personally need) since this is indeed the guiding pattern of my discourse.

sometimes i think we are all singing the same song, but starting at different times. like a round, but not nearly so organized.
