Such a fine day! Went to the beach and all. But I suddenly find myself too tired to post, even though the Diva kindly told us to go take a nap earlier, while she went to the store. More tomorrow . . . .

even when they're ppl i adore. i think it's the constant struggle of pretending to be a better person than i actually am. yay beach!

Heh. I hear that. With my kids, I don't know if I pretend to be a better person than I am--they probably know me too well for that. But I think I do try to be a more fun person than I really am, and that is tiring too! I feel disappointed in myself for not having more fun things to share. At any rate, it's all the same thing of being confronted with the difference between who I am and who I wish I could be. But it's all counterproductive when I'm with people I love, because in reality I think they just want me to relax and be with them as I am.
