Last night I got a big 7 1/2 hours of sleep, which is huge compared to my normal skimpy ration. And I only woke up three times, and didn't stay awake long. It's amazing what a difference an hour or so makes. I don't know what I did to make this happen. Probably nothing. Because if I knew what it was, I could replicate it! I did put an extra blanket on the bed, because I was feeling chilly. The Sparrowhawk thought it was divinely cozy, so maybe we needed extra warmth. Deb suggested I try magnesium, and I am doing so, but since I've only taken two doses, I doubt that was it.

I still didn't get much done--partly because getting more sleep means sleeping late, thus using up time. We had our Zoom with Deb and the Prussian. This evening I went to see my women's group, and found most of them sleepy and achy too! And some of them are only 60. Fancy that!
